A wonderful ding experience in every way. The sushi was phenomenal and we were able to eat from the menu as well as the conveyor belt. I would definitely recommend and have plans to return.

I love Japanese rotary buffets, and this place was a great find. We were in the area looking for something good to eat and decided to give it a try. There was a nice variety of items on the rotary belt, and the sushi was included in the buffet, which was a big plus. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well worth the price. We really enjoyed it and would come back again.

Came to Chicago on a business trip and was craving all you can eat sushi. After some searching I found Sushi Taku Rotary and decided to give it a shot. Much like the larger chain Kura this conveyor belt sushi is always a big hit. The fish was all very nice quality and super tasty! My favorites were the salmon and white tuna. Definitely adding this place to my Chicago trips in the future. To visit the cutest little bullet train and robot servers.

The food here is genuinely delicious, and Iβd happily recommend it on taste alone. The wait to be seated was about 30 minutes, which felt reasonable. That said, two things brought my experience down. First, the waitress was unfriendly. She acted like serving us was an inconvenience. Not ideal, but something I could have overlooked on its own. The bigger issue was my to-go order. I got the Tuna Poke and a Dragon Roll. The paper bag was stapled shut, so I had no way to check what was inside. I placed it in my shopping bag and headed home, only to notice halfway there that something was dripping out. I was confused, because I knew nothing Iβd ordered was liquid. When I pulled the bag out, I realized the leak was coming from my takeout. They had included a miso soup, apparently as a complimentary gift, but no one mentioned it to me, and it wasnβt listed on the receipt attached to the bag. Because it wasnβt sealed or flagged, the soup spilled everywhere. It stained my favorite bag and soaked my sunglasses, AirPods, and other belongings. A free soup is a nice gesture, but itβs not okay to hand a customer a stapled bag with liquid inside and give no warning. A simple heads-up would h

Sushi Taku was a fantastic first experience. The food was delicious across the board, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A reservation is recommended since it can get busy, especially for group gatherings. What makes this place stand out is how it breaks the usual expectations of an all-you-can-eat sushi spot. Instead of lower quality, everything served is genuinely tasty and well-prepared, which makes the experience feel worth it. The atmosphere is also a big part of the fun. The robot waiter and revolving sushi setup add an entertaining and interactive element that makes dining here feel unique and exciting rather than routine. Overall, itβs a great spot for both food quality and experience, and definitely one thatβs enjoyable for any type of group outing.
